Are you an aspiring model? Do you dream of being on the cover of a famous magazine? Or do you just want to look better and feel better about yourself in general?
This new section of the website has come about by accident rather than design really. Upon noticing a curious common denominator among Paul’s clients, we at Centaur Fitness & 12 Week Physique felt compelled to talk about it!
Almost ALL 12 Week Physique graduates have ended up in “cover model” condition and as a result have
either become models or been offered work as a model!!
Only 2 guys on the following list came in with the goal of becoming a model. Regardless of this ALL either became, or were offered work as, models!
John Neill
John had been training for over a year on his own and even worked with other personal trainers, but to no avail. John transformed from a shy understated guy who was turned away by 3 different modelling agencies, into a shy understated guy who has a modelling contract with Converse and a 6 page feature in the May 2010 issue of Men’s Health magazine entitled "From Scrawny To Brawny" (including full colour “before & after” on the cover) with pictures that were taken just 6 weeks into training with Paul!! Lets hear what John said about his 6 weeks training with Paul.
Philip Crilly
Philip was the walking definition of the “average Joe”. But he had a very much above average goal. . . To make it to the cover of Men’s Health magazine! Read how well his effort went down on the “seen it all before” Men’s Health forum. Philip achieved a modelling contract with Pose Modelling.
Stephen “Whitey” White
Whitey had absolutely no intentions whatsoever of becoming a model following his graduation from the PMc 12 Wk Physique Program. But upon being encouraged to submit his pictures for judgement Stephen was pleasantly surprised to get a call back from Style Academy, he has since had many lucrative jobs pop up here and there!
Ciaran Beattie
Paul receives many emails every day from prospective clients enquiring about his services. But on this occasion the request was different. It came from a modelling agency in Dublin Called The BScene Modelling agency.
This email suggested that Paul and Ciaran should sign up! Ciaran declined, but it was nice that he was asked.
Aidan O’ Reilly
Aidan is another example of a guy who did not come in with the expectation of becoming a model but has since been offered work as a model. At 6.3 and with pictures like these we can see why!
Sean McCafferty
Sean also had no expectation of becoming a model but upon Paul’s advice to submit his pictures to an agency Sean has been accepted by Style Academy!
Damien McErlane
Damien got through to the interview stage with a major modelling agency but could not attend because the dates conflicted with touring dates for his band “The Rapparees”
It is also in our opinion that several other 12 Wk Physique graduates could easily get work as models but choose not to. Adam Bryne, Chris Murtagh, Andrew McCluskey, Ryan Rafferty, Niall Rooney etc. Look at their pictures and tell us we’re wrong.
