The course will take place in Belfast from 7 - 9 October 2011. Kettlebell enthusiasts and instructors from around Europe are expected to attend.

Since Pavel Tsatsouline and Dragon Door introduced America to kettlebells, holding the first RKC back in 2001, this amazing "gym in one hand" has been redefining worldwide strength and conditioning landscape.
