Centaur is Belfast's oldest gym and has hosted celebrities such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mike Bull, Dave Draper, Burtil Fox, and Bill Pearl.

Celebrities aside, it is the local people who helped forge Centaur's community spirit and peer support atmosphere.

Having delivered his 12 Week Physique programme from Centaur for the previous few years, Paul McIlroy aquired Centaur Gym to make it his permanent home.  Since then, the gym has gone from strength to strength whilst building upon the community spirit which made it famous.

Centaur enjoys a diverse membership with members ranging in age from 16 to 80+.  New members are always welcomed and will soon find support, advice and friendship from within the existing ranks.
